Must be a legal resident of Illinois; Must have standard phone service in your residence or cell phones with Bluetooth technology; Must complete an application which is signed by a doctor or other certifying professional that you have a hearing loss or speech disability.

Description

Provides audiology services, sign language interpreters, domestic violence counseling and for deaf, DeafBlind and hard of hearing (DDBHH) persons. Provides amplified phone demonstrations through ITAC's free amplified phone program. Audiological services include hearing testing and guidance in the selection and use of hearing aids. Also provides tax filing services through their VITA program for DDBHH persons.
