Committed to enhancing the quality of life for Jersey County residents by reducing morbidity and mortality through the prevention and/or control of disease, provision of public and professional education, and coordination and/or provision of care. Services include Wastewater Regulation/Monitoring, Water Quality Monitoring, Communicable Disease Control and Prevention, Public Facility Health Inspection, Blood Pressure Screening, STI Testing and Treatment, WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program, Better Birth Outcomes Program, Vision and Hearing Screening, Opioid Antidote Distribution, and Gun Safety Devices and Secure Storage.
