Documents required for membership are listed below: - Completed membership application - Birth Certificate(for ages 6-7 years) - Most recent report card - Shot/immunization record - Signed policies acknowledgement - Permission to test letter (ages 6-12 years) - Special Care Plan (Asthma Plan, IEP, etc.) - Record of allergies - serves snack and full meal daily - No dunking letter (age 13 years and older) - Other forms may be required

Hours

- School Year Hours: Mon-Fri - 2:30pm to 7:30pm - Summer Hours: Mon-Fri -8:30am to 5:30pm, unless member is enrolled in early drop off program which starts at 7:00am to 5:30pm, early drop off program requires additional fee, and space is limited

Provides youth with tools to acquire skills and strengthen academic performance, while developing relationships and building confidence with a network of motivated peers. Provides afterschool and summer programs that improve youths' lives in the areas of academics and literacy, athletic and physical fitness development, nutrition and health practices, leadership, job readiness, emotional well-being, and creativity and self-expression. Services include Summer Food Service Programs, Extended Child Care, Summer Camps, Recreational Activities/Sports, Cooking Classes and Boys/Girls Clubs.
