Intake

Application process

(1) Call to complete an eligibility screening by phone, (2) If eligible, an application will be completed over the phone, (3) If the application has been selected, an appointment will be scheduled to complete an intake interview

(1) Self-pay, (2) Sliding scale

Eligibility

(1) Must be 21 years of age or older with child(ren) under the age of 18 years, (2) Must be homeless or at-risk of homelessness, (3) Must be living or working in DuPage County, (4) Must have the ability to obtain and maintain employment, (5) Must have a valid driver's license, (6) Must pass a criminal background check, (7) Must have some form of income that is reported to the IRS (Earned income, SSI/SSDI. TANF, Unemployment, Child Support).
