Open to adult women ages 18 and older, willing to complete an intake which contains demographic information, criminal history, substance abuse history and mental health history, must be willing to participate in case management services

Description
Works to end homelessness one person at a time. Offering seven homes across the community, where individuals enrolled in our 12- to 18-month Pathways to Progress Program receive support. This intensive program follows a four-phase system, addressing seven key areas of instability to help participants regain stability and independence.
