Description

White Crane's Evidence-based health programs offer proven ways to promote health and prevent disease. They are based on research and provide documented health benefits, so participants can be confident that they work. In addition to finding the programming beneficial to their overall physical health, many of their participants find the classes to be fun and interactive. They are also designed to stimulate social behavior in older adults, which is beneficial to their overall mental health.
