Young Manufacturers Association
Young Manufacturers Association (YMA) serves as both a network and a program for young adults, aged 18-29, who are pursuing careers in manufacturing, in-between jobs, in training or interested in starting a career in manufacturing. YMA offers 5-6 weeks of paid training for unemployed or underemployed young adults interested in starting a career in manufacturing. Participants learn the skills needed to earn a nationally recognized credential, career exposure, a 1-week paid internship at a manufacturing company and assistance securing full-time employment upon program completion.

Manufacturing Renaissance
Manufacturing Renaissance works with manufacturers, youth, schools, social services, labor, and communities to grow inclusive manufacturing ecosystems to build thriving communities. Currently they operate several initiatives across two program areas: Career Pathway Services and Manufacturing Ecosystem Services.
