Young Manufacturers Association

Young Manufacturers Association (YMA) serves as both a network and a program for young adults, aged 18-29, who are pursuing careers in manufacturing, in-between jobs, in training or interested in starting a career in manufacturing. YMA offers 5-6 weeks of paid training for unemployed or underemployed young adults interested in starting a career in manufacturing. Participants learn the skills needed to earn a nationally recognized credential, career exposure, a 1-week paid internship at a manufacturing company and assistance securing full-time employment upon program completion.
