Offers site-based permanent housing to adults living with a disabling condition (primarily HIV). Individuals living in permanent housing are afforded case management, advocacy, and other supportive services. Also offers community-based permanent housing. Offers permanent housing to adults in apartments throughout the community. Provides housing to the chronically homelessness, HIV positive individuals, and disabled individuals.
