Requirements vary per grant available for assistance. Most require the below: Only assist clients on a yearly basis Must be residents of or employed in Granite City, Madison City, Mitchell, Pontoon Beach and Venice in Illinois At risk of being homeless Client served must be on the lease Rent cannot exceed more than 60% of clients monthly income Income guidelines apply
