CCDPH Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Program
The CCDPH Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention program provides case management and education to pregnant and new mothers who are positive for hepatitis B infection. CCDPH works with hospitals, healthcare providers, and laboratories to ensure infants who are exposed to hepatitis B are identified and given timely treatments, vaccinations, and tests to prevent Hepatitis B transmission.
