Provides monthly assistance to adults who are not receiving, or do not qualify, for programs administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS). Assistance may be provided for basic living needs, such as utilities, shelter, food, personal essentials, and medical care.
Provides emergency assistance such as utility or shelter assistance on a case-by-case basis.
